Tips for the traveler, CDG to DLP

Many people plan a visit to Disneyland Paris, arriving at Charles de Gaule airport with many transportation questions. The following is a summary of transportation options for those connecting to their hotel at or near DLP:

CDG to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy (Disneyland)

1. TGV
(non refundable fares vary depending upon departure time from 15€ to 30€)

Travel time 9-10 minutes, last departure about 9:55 p.m.

This is probably the cheapest option (14€45) but it can take up to 2 hours.

Travel time about 1 hour, however shared ride services can take a great deal longer depending upon where one is in the pickup/drop off sequence.

6. Taxi
Be careful about unlicensed taxi operators who solicit from inside the terminal. Located just a few steps from the customs exit, the taxi queue is the suggested place finds taxis.

Most hotels have transportation from DLP/Chessy. There is a free “pink shuttle bus” that connects a large number of hotels in the area.  This free shuttle can be very crowded and difficult to board at times, particularly with luggage and children.
